President of Talas Homes, Brady Bartlett
Wherever our President goes, good things are sure to follow.
Brady Bartlett started his home building career in 1986 after graduating with honors, in accounting from Northern Arizona University. Brady’s first home building job with Emerald Homes, allowed him to hone his accounting skills, he started as the Controller, then he was promoted to Division Controller and eventually to Corporate Controller of the New York Stock Exchange Company. After leaving Emerald, Brady expanded his knowledge by working for a Subcontractor as their Controller. Being a Builder is in Brady’s blood; and has worked for some of the most prominent home builders in the country. Starting as an accountant and after several promotions, became a Senior Vice President and CFO in 1996 for a well known home builder. As CFO, Brady was involved in all areas of forward planning, budgeting, forcasting and market research, including managing land acquisition all in addition to directing all financial functions of the company. With this broad based knowledge Brady was promoted to the Phoenix Division President in 2003.
Under Brady’s exceptional leadership, both as Executive Vice President of Forward Planning and President, his team helped build over 15,000 homes since 1992, ranging from the entry level home to the luxury home. Brady is now branching out his skills and knowledge to start his own home building company. With Brady’s vision and strategic planning talents, Talas Homes is sure to succeed.
Vice President of Construction, Tom Senseman
With nearly 30 years experience in the construction industry, Tom Senseman joined the Talas Homes team at it’s inception as Vice President of Construction. Tom’s experience includes, joining the Arizona Carpenters Union in 1976 and becoming a Journeyman carpenter and then was employed by M & O Construction, where he worked for 13 years. His positions with M & O included Journeyman carpenter, foreman, superintendent and manager for the California start up division. In 1992, Tom joined the Hancock Homes team as a Superintendent. He was promoted to Off site Manager, then to General Superintendent and then to Senior Vice President of Construction. Tom left his current position in November of 2004 and joined the Talas Homes team in January 2005. Tom will carry the construction licenses for Talas Homes, which includes a B-Residential License.
Vice President of Purchasing and Marketing, Michelle Bartlett
Michelle comes to Talas Homes with over 15 years of management, accounting, purchasing, sales management and marketing experience. Michelle’s experience started in 1990 for a small shutter subcontractor and then in 1992 she went to work for a prominent home builder where she held various positions including, Vice President of Purchasing, Vice President of Sales Administration and Vice President of Marketing. This experience will help expand the Talas Homes Team.
